In an farewell to Summer I was looking back through some photos I had taken and decided to post a few from a trip I took to Como Park and Zoo back in June for their Blooming Butterflies event.
Wow. It’s already September 22nd. How did that happen? I meant to post this a little while ago, but time got away from me. I spent Labor Day weekend at home with my family, and got to meet my cousins’ baby-Temi. It was so great getting to catch up with family, meet the little guy and just spend some time laughing, smiling, and being with the fam again. Here are a couple photos from the weekend.
Here is a preview of the book I designed for Jeff and Jenni to display some of their photos from the esession we did a couple weeks ago.
I got to spend a wonderful afternoon photographing two amazing friends of mine. We traveled all over the Twin Cities and only got to about half of the locations we wanted to. We’re planning on going out again in a couple weeks when the leaves start to change. I’m blessed to have friends that are not only supportive of my love of photography but don’t mind spending an afternoon being subjects as well! Matt and Mindy will be married in a year from today on September 18th, 2010. Congratulations you two and thanks for a great shoot.
More to come in a couple weeks!
Catching up with old friends is usually either a blast or awkward. Tonight was a lot of fun. I got to reconnect with Jenni and meet her fiance Jeff as well. We spent some time downtown at the Capitol and at the Monona Terrace. Here are a couple of teaser shots from our shoot tonight. Thanks for the great night guys! Can’t wait till June!
July and August passed in a whirlwind of mission trips, road trips and misc adventures. Also with lack of any consistent laptop use, hence the lack of photos. I’ve gotten a few up on my flickr account be sure to check those out at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/meghuff/.
And now for the reason for this post. Matt and Mindy. Here are just a couple photos I took of them at the fair tonight. We’re going out for an actual shoot in a week or so, but here’s a little teaser of what’s in store!
